Flagship East Coast location opening in Fall 2026 follows multi-market success

NEW YORK – Seaport Entertainment Group (NYSE: SEG) and Carver Road Hospitality are betting big on the Big Apple, announcing plans to launch their award-winning Flanker Kitchen + Sports Bar in New York City’s Seaport district in Fall 2026. The 14,000-square-foot venue, located at Pier 17, will serve as the East Coast flagship for the brand, marking a significant expansion into a key market and underscoring the continued growth of experiential dining and entertainment.

Flanker’s existing locations in Salt Lake City, Glendale, Arizona, and Las Vegas have established a strong foundation for the brand, known for its blend of upscale American cuisine, expertly crafted cocktails, and a vibrant social atmosphere. The Glendale location, situated at State Farm Stadium – home of the Arizona Cardinals – further illustrates Flanker’s ability to capitalize on regional sports culture and major events. The Las Vegas outpost at Mandalay Bay has quickly become a premier destination on the Strip.
