Core Assets Announces Effective Date for Share Consolidation and Name Change

Core Assets Corp. will consolidate shares at a 10:1 ratio and rebrand as Core Silver Corp., effective June 4, 2025. The trading symbol “CC” remains, while new CUSIP/ISIN designations are introduced. The company, focused on British Columbia exploration, will concentrate on its Blue Property silver project, located in a historically under-explored district it believes holds significant potential.

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESS Newswire / May 30, 2025 – In a move signaling a strategic realignment, Core Assets Corp. is poised to undergo a share consolidation and a name change, transitioning to “Core Silver Corp.” The changes, slated to take effect at the opening of market on June 4, 2025, on the Canadian Securities Exchange, will see the company’s shares consolidated at a 10:1 ratio. While the trading symbol “CC” remains the same, the company will operate under new CUSIP and ISIN designations: 21873Y105 and CA21873Y1051, respectively.

Currently, the company has over 127 million shares outstanding. Post-consolidation, that number will be trimmed to approximately 12.7 million shares. This streamlining reflects a broader effort to potentially attract a new class of investors and enhance the company’s market perception.

Odyssey, the company’s transfer agent, will oversee the exchange of share certificates, providing detailed instructions to shareholders of record as of June 4, 2025. Investors should prepare to exchange their pre-consolidation certificates for new ones as per Odyssey’s instructions.

A Refocus on Silver

Core Silver Corp., formerly Core Assets Corp., is a mineral exploration firm concentrating its efforts on projects in British Columbia, Canada. The company’s flagship asset remains the Blue Property, a vast 114,074-hectare land package in the Atlin Mining District. This district, known for its gold deposits, is situated within the traditional territories of the Taku River Tlingit First Nation and the Carcross/Tagish First Nation. The Blue Property is strategically located along the Llewellyn Fault Zone (“LFZ”), a major structural feature that stretches for approximately 140 kilometers. Core Silver believes this area has been under-explored since the 1980s, presenting a compelling opportunity, especially given advancements in understanding deposit types like porphyry and skarn deposits.

Core Silver Corp. is poised to capitalize on the potential of the evolving silver market. The company is confident that its location and geological insight will enable it to deliver substantial returns.
