WISeKey Adjusts Annual General Meeting Date

Zug, Switzerland – June 4, 2025 – WISeKey International Holding Ltd. (SIX: WIHN, NASDAQ: WKEY), a prominent player in the global cybersecurity, blockchain, and IoT sectors, announced today a minor logistical adjustment to its 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (“AGM”). The Board of Directors has decided to postpone the meeting, originally scheduled for June 19, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. Swiss time to June 27, 2025, at the same time.

Despite the date change, the location of the AGM remains unchanged. Shareholders can still attend at the offices of Homburger AG, Prime Tower, Hardstrasse 201, 8005 Zurich, Switzerland. Admittance will commence at 1:30 p.m. Swiss time.

The agenda items and related proposals put forth by the Board of Directors remain unchanged. This adjustment aims to accommodate logistical requirements while ensuring a smooth and productive meeting.
