WHY:

In a world rocked by constant disruption, businesses are faced with a critical fork in the road. Will they merely survive the turbulence, or seize the opportunity to evolve and emerge stronger?

As Paul Walker, CEO of FranklinCovey, points out, “Uncertainty doesn’t just stay outside the organization. It seeps into leadership, team performance, and the very fabric that holds an organization together. Leaders are expected to make swift, decisive moves, often without a clear roadmap. Teams are tasked with delivering more, but with less certainty, fewer connections, and dwindling resources.”

To help organizations navigate these turbulent waters, FranklinCovey is bringing together a panel of thought leaders – Edmondson, Covey, and Wiseman – for an illuminating discussion. The objective? To uncover the hidden costs of uncertainty and highlight how the most effective leaders are rising to the challenge and becoming catalysts for change in our rapidly evolving business landscape.

“Change is no longer the exception; it’s the norm,” Walker emphasizes. “An organization’s response to disruptive moments will determine whether it merely weathers the storm or transforms into something better.”

The panel’s insightful analysis will focus on three critical challenges leaders must confront in today’s uncertain environment:

The Leadership Crisis: Why outdated leadership models are hindering performance and growth, and what leaders must do now to adapt.

The Engagement Recession: How burnout, disconnection, and risk-averse cultures are negatively affecting performance and morale – and how leaders can reignite commitment and resilience.

The Adaptability Dilemma: How over-analysis, misalignment, and inflexibility stifle performance, and how successful leaders move quickly, build trust, and create clarity during times of disruption.
