PARIS, June 16, 2025 – Bombardier is celebrating a new speed record set by its flagship aircraft, the Global 7500, on a flight from Montreal’s Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport to Paris-Le Bourget Airport. The Global 7500, recognized for its exceptional performance, hit a top speed exceeding 1,000 km/hr, completing the flight in just 5 hours and 30 minutes. This achievement comes as Bombardier prepares to welcome customers at the International Paris Air Show, with the company’s presence spearheaded by Bombardier Defense.
