Argyle Resources Corp. has staked 21 mineral lode claims in Wyoming’s historically rich Bear Lodge Mining District, designating it the Sundance Bear Lodge REE Project. This area has seen past exploration for various minerals, including rare earth elements (REEs). The claims are awaiting final approval from the U.S. Bureau of Land Management. Argyle plans to evaluate the claims’ potential as part of its strategic growth.

Calgary, Alberta — July 3, 2025 — Argyle Resources Corp. (CSE: ARGL) (OTCQB: ARLYF) (FSE: ME0), a burgeoning player in the junior mineral exploration sector, is making a strategic move into a historically rich mining district. The company has announced that its exploration partner, Rangefront Mining Services, has successfully filed 21 mineral lode claims on Argyle’s behalf with the U.S. Bureau of Land Management (BLM) in Crook County, near Sundance, Wyoming. This consolidated land package is now officially christened the Sundance Bear Lodge REE Project.

The newly staked claims are strategically positioned within the Bear Lodge Mining District, an area with a storied past dating back to the discovery of gold in 1875 near Warren Peak. This district has historically attracted exploration for a diverse range of minerals, including gold, rare earth elements (REEs), barium, copper, lead, zinc, manganese, niobium, tantalum, thorium, fluorine, and phosphate. The potential for diverse mineralization makes this region particularly compelling for exploration companies.

Notably, the Bear Lodge Critical Rare Earth Project, owned by Rare Element Resources Ltd., also resides within this district. This project boasts a 2024 Resource Estimate with promising grades and tonnage, and the owner has signaled intentions to proceed with mine development. Furthermore, Rare Element Resources Ltd. has secured a non-binding Letter of Intent (LOI) from the Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM) for significant debt financing, potentially up to $553 million, to support the permitting, engineering design, and construction phases of their Bear Lodge Project. This level of investment underscores the perceived economic viability and strategic importance of rare earth development in the area.
