Following approval, the company will issue preferred shares and warrants related to past transactions. All board nominees were elected with over 95% approval. Algernon plans to rebrand as Algernon Health Inc., expanding into Alzheimer’s Disease diagnostics and neuroimaging clinics across North America, representing a strategic shift to diversify revenue streams.
