Blackrock Silver

Blackrock Silver (BRC) filed a NI 43-101 technical report for its Tonopah West silver-gold project (effective date August 25, 2025). The report, available on SEDAR+ and the company website, reaffirms the previously disclosed mineral resource estimate (September 8, 2025) with no material differences. Prepared under CIM and NI 43-101 standards, the report demonstrates the project’s viability and provides a transparent assessment for investors. Blackrock Silver focuses on precious metal exploration and development in Nevada.

Blackrock Silver has commenced a fully-funded 5,000-meter expansion drill program at its Tonopah West project in Nevada. Following successful scout drilling, which extended the DPB South zone 1,200 meters eastward, the program will utilize three drill rigs across 15 holes. Scout drilling revealed high-grade mineralization, including 2,063 g/t silver equivalent over 1.52 meters. This newly defined zone, outside the 2024 resource, offers significant growth potential. Program completion is expected in October, with results incorporated into a Q1 2026 resource update.
