Cash Distribution

Steel Partners Holdings L.P. (SPLP) announced a regular cash dividend of $0.375 per unit for its 6% Series A Preferred Units, payable on September 15, 2025, to unitholders of record as of September 1, 2025. Future dividend declarations, form, will be at the board’s discretion, based on performance, cash flow, financial health, and capital allocation needs. OCI Global (OCI) will distribute $700 million ($3.31/share) to shareholders on September 5, 2025, via capital repayment and an extraordinary dividend. The ex-dividend date is August 18, 2025. Shareholders can choose to receive funds as capital repayment or dividend and can elect to receive payment in USD (default) or EUR between August 20 and September 2. The EUR conversion rate will be set on September 3. Unspecified preferences will default to capital repayment.
