Tesla (TSLA) Q3 2025 Vehicle Deliveries
Tesla reported 497,099 vehicle deliveries in Q3 2025, a 7% increase YoY, exceeding analysts’ expectations. Production slightly decreased to 447,450 units. Model 3 and Y accounted for most production (435,826). European sales slumped due to competition, offset by increased U.S. demand before a key EV tax credit expired. Ford’s EV sales are significantly lower than Tesla’s. Tesla’s stock rose 40% in Q3, up 14% YTD. Energy storage deployments reached 12.5 GWh, with Elon Musk’s xAI as a major customer.

XPENG Reports August 2025 Vehicle Delivery Numbers
XPeng Inc. (XPEV) reported record-breaking August 2025 deliveries of 37,709 Smart EVs, a 169% YoY increase and 3% MoM growth. Year-to-date deliveries reached 271,615 units, up 252% from 2024. The surge was bolstered by the launch of the new XPENG P7 and strong adoption of the XNGP autonomous driving system, achieving an 85% urban driving monthly active user penetration rate.

Zeekr Group: July 2025 Delivery Update
Zeekr announced strong July 2025 deliveries, totaling 44,193 vehicles across Zeekr and Lynk & Co brands, a 19.7% year-over-year increase. Zeekr brand accounted for 16,977 deliveries. The company unveiled new Super Hybrid Technologies built on the SEA-S platform featuring a 900V architecture and tri-silicon carbide e-motors, aiming for industry-leading charging speeds. The Zeekr 9X, the first model with this technology, boasts rapid charging capabilities, potentially charging from 20% to 80% in approximately 9 minutes.
