Global Aircraft

Bombardier Defense delivered its ninth Global aircraft to the U.S. Air Force for the BACN program at Hanscom Air Force Base in September 2025. Designated E-11A and nicknamed “Wi-Fi in the sky,” the aircraft serves as a high-altitude communications gateway, bridging voice and tactical data between air and land forces. The Global fleet has supported USAF missions globally for nearly two decades, overcoming geographical barriers. The delivery highlights Bombardier’s role as a key partner for the U.S. military in critical communication operations.
