Gold-Silver Project

Thesis Gold Inc. has filed its Pre-feasibility Study for the Lawyers-Ranch gold-silver project in British Columbia. The study highlights strong economics, with pre-tax IRR of 73.5% and after-tax IRR of 54.4% at projected commodity prices. The project forecasts an average annual production of 266,000 AuEq ounces for the first three years and boasts a short 1.1-year payback period. Initial capital expenditure is estimated at $736.2 million. Thesis Gold is proceeding with environmental assessments and plans a Feasibility Study in 2026.

Tocvan Ventures (TCVNF) appointed Christopher Gordon as Head of Corporate Development, leveraging his 18+ years’ mining advisory experience and Integra Gold acquisition success. Gordon received 300,000 stock options. Gran Pilar project drilling highlights include 83.5m @ 1.3 g/t Au and 97.4m @ 0.7 g/t Au. Metallurgical studies show 95-99% gold and 73-97% silver recovery.
