Artisan Partners (APAM) will acquire Grandview Property Partners, expanding into private real estate. The deal, expected to close Q1 2026, allows Artisan to diversify its $182.6B asset base and create new growth avenues. Grandview’s experienced team and strong returns in middle-market properties were key factors. Artisan expects the acquisition to be mildly accretive to EPS after Grandview’s next fund closing.
