Apple Names John Ternus CEO, Chairman Replacing Tim Cook
John Ternus will succeed Tim Cook as Apple’s CEO on September 1st, with Cook becoming executive chairman. Ternus, currently SVP of hardware engineering, has been instrumental in developing key Apple products. The transition occurs as Apple faces challenges in AI integration and global supply chains. Johny Srouji will be promoted to chief hardware officer.
