Integration Management Office

Allegiant Travel Company has promoted key leaders to bolster its executive team and prepare for future growth. Michael Broderick will head a new Integration Management Office, overseeing the proposed Sun Country Airlines merger. Rebecca Aretos will now lead Finance and Accounting, integrating Financial Planning & Analysis. Asad Shaikh’s role expands to Corporate Finance and Treasurer, now also overseeing Procurement.
