K. Hovnanian Homes has broken ground on Terraces at Absecon Inlet, a new waterfront residential development in Atlantic City, New Jersey. The project will feature 38 exclusive four-story townhomes, each with three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and two-car garages, offering panoramic views of the Absecon Inlet. Initial home deliveries are anticipated by summer 2027. This marks a significant return for the builder to the Atlantic City market.
