Pantheon Resources plc, focusing on Alaska’s North Slope Ahpun and Kodiak fields, announced the retirement of Jay Cheatham as Non-Executive Director on 12 December 2025, part of a planned succession after 17 years. Holding 100% ownership of Ahpun and Kodiak, Pantheon governs about 1.6 billion barrels of crude and 6.6 tcf gas across 259,000 acres with infrastructure proximity. The company aims for Ahpun FID and production by 2028, possible gas sales in 2029, and directing cash flow toward Kodiak FID thereafter, subject to approvals, signaling governance continuity.
