ExGen Resources has successfully acquired 100% of MTB Metals Corp., significantly expanding its mineral portfolio. MTB shareholders received ExGen shares, with ExGen now having over 109 million shares outstanding. This strategic integration aims to bolster ExGen’s position as an emerging royalty company, leveraging expanded exploration assets and a strengthened management team. MTB Metals will be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange following the transaction.
