Global Copper Foil Leader Londian Wason Prices Upsized IPO
Londian Wason New Energy Tech Inc. is set to IPO with 4.3 million ADSs at $22.00 each, aiming to raise approximately $94.3 million. The company, a global leader in electrolytic copper foil and the top supplier of LiB copper foil by sales volume, will use the proceeds for expansion, upgrades, and R&D. Trading begins August 12th on the NYSE under “FOIL.”
