The North Carolina Clinician and Physician Retention and Well-being (NCCPRW) Consortium received a $1.3 million grant from the Centene Foundation and Carolina Complete Health. This multi-year initiative will address clinician burnout and improve mental health support for healthcare professionals across North Carolina. The program will utilize telehealth, peer networks, and evidence-based interventions, aiming to create a more supportive environment and systemic change within healthcare institutions.
