**Jinan and Baidu Launch Strategic AI Partnership for Urban Digitalization**
Jinan, collaborating with Baidu, initiated a strategic partnership focused on AI-driven urban transformation, aiming to develop an AI industry cluster, data annotation centers, large-scale language models for governance, healthcare, and education, and integrated vehicle-road-cloud systems. Targeting 10,000 tech jobs by 2028, the project aligns with China’s Five-Year Plan for digital urbanization. Jinan’s high-tech zone will support infrastructure, while municipal investment groups fund talent and startups, enhancing Baidu’s presence in northern smart city markets and Jinan’s shift to an intelligent computing hub.
