Special Dividend

Green Rain Energy Holdings Inc. (OTC:GREH) plans to begin construction on a Level 3 EV charging station in Rochester, NY, by October 2025. The project, located at 1600 W Ridge Road, has received permit approval. It will integrate solar power, green retrofit technology, and next-generation storage systems.
