Stock Option Plan

Plata Latina Minerals held its AGM on September 16, 2025, with 44.03% of shares represented. Shareholders approved setting the board at seven directors and elected all nominees with strong support (99-100%). The reappointment of auditors and approval of the Stock Option Plan also passed overwhelmingly (99.93%). Appointments of two directors are conditional on closing the Zonia Copper Project acquisition.
