Therma Bright

Therma Bright (TBRIF) appointed Michael Raimondo, a 30-year healthcare sales veteran, to its Board of Directors on October 10, 2025. Raimondo, previously on the advisory board, brings experience from Abbott and over $500 million in sales contracts. He will focus on scaling Venowave sales through an internal sales team and reseller channels. Concurrently, Alex Saringer resigned from the Board. Raimondo also holds positions at Delphine Diagnostics and The Potentia Group.

Therma Bright Inc. plans an 8-for-1 share consolidation, pending TSX Venture Exchange approval. This strategic move aims to enhance flexibility for future financing and business activities. Approximately 56.5 million shares will be outstanding post-consolidation, with no changes to the company’s name or trading symbol expected. The board approved the consolidation, which adheres to TSXV policies.
