Tiny Ltd. (TSXV: TINY) reported Chairman Andrew Wilkinson’s acquisition of 49,049 Class A shares at $0.99 on Sept. 23, 2025. Wilkinson’s ownership decreased from 64.3% to 51.0% since June 2024 due to treasury share issuance for Serato Audio Research acquisition, employee share gifts, share dispositions, and subscription receipt conversions. He now holds 119,965,445 shares, maintaining a controlling stake. The acquisition, excluding the employee gift, was through Wilkinson Ventures Ltd. This signifies Tiny’s continued expansion in creative technology.
