On May 19, 2025, Endeavour Mining (LSE:EDV, TSX:EDV) repurchased 38,147 ordinary shares at prices between 2,046.60 and 2,086.00 GBp (volume-weighted average: 2,061.94 GBp) as part of its buyback program. Following cancellation, 241,402,973 ordinary shares will be in issue, with none held in treasury. The buyback was executed on both the LSE and TSX. Detailed transaction information is provided.
