Spa Monarch, at Monarch Casino Resort Spa (MCRI) in Black Hawk, Colorado, is nominated for USA TODAY’s 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards (Best Hotel Spa) for the third year. Following top rankings in previous years, the spa introduces Ayurvedic-inspired and high-altitude recovery treatments, like Healing Sound Massage and Mountain Climber Massage. It’s the only Colorado hotel spa on the list. Public voting is open from July 14th to August 11th. The resort also features dining, a hotel, and a rooftop oasis.
