JFB and XTEND Announce SEC Declares Form S-4 Effective
The SEC has declared JFB Construction Holdings’ and XTEND’s Form S-4 registration statement effective, clearing a major regulatory hurdle for their proposed business combination. The final prospectus will be mailed to JFB stockholders on August 11, 2026. The companies anticipate closing the merger by September 1, 2026, subject to customary conditions, including NYSE listing approval for the combined entity, XTEND AI Robotics, Inc., which will trade as “XTND.”
