Firefox Gold Drills 9.35 g/t Gold Over 9.55 m and 7.28 g/t Gold Over 11.1 m in Mustajärvi East Zone; First Hole of 2025

SODANKYLÄ, FINLAND – FireFox Gold Corp. (TSX.V:FFOX)(OTCQB:FFOXF) is reporting encouraging results from the first four drill holes of its 2025/26 diamond drilling program at its 100%-owned Mustajärvi Gold Project, located in the highly prospective Lapland region of Finland. These results address a pivotal objective: validating the effectiveness of fixed-loop electromagnetic (FLEM) geophysical surveys conducted earlier in the year. Drill hole 25MJ001, strategically targeting an interpreted conductor about 280 meters southwest of the East Zone’s core, encountered a substantial zone of gold mineralization associated with significant pyrite concentrations.

The new intercepts confirms the effectiveness of the FLEM survey method at Mustajärvi, leading the Company to expand additional surveys throughout the project area while drilling continues.

The remaining three reported holes, 25MJ002-25MJ004, were collared in a fence profile around 50 metres southwest of the main East Zone deposit, intersecting high-grade gold, including bonanza-grade intercepts (greater than 30 g/t Au):

• 1.15 metres at 28.5 g/t Au from 77.1 metres in 25MJ002
• 0.9 metres at 104 g/t Au from 82.5 metres in 25MJ003
• 4.0 metres at 18.4 g/t Au including 1.0 metre at 40.3 g/t Au, from 178.0 metres in 25MJ004

Carl Lofberg, CEO of FireFox Gold, commented on the findings, stating, “These initial results from the 2025 drilling program mark a significant step forward in expanding the Mustajärvi discovery. The FLEM survey’s demonstrated success in detecting pyrite-hosted high-grade gold, thereby extending the East Zone, is particularly encouraging. Drill hole 25MJ001 intersected two robust zones precisely within the geophysical target area, at a depth of less than 100 metres downhole. These promising intercepts, yielding multiple assays exceeding 20.0 g/t gold, strongly indicate the continuation of the southern gold trend identified in 2023. Moreover, the intercepts in drill holes MJ002 – MJ004 support the continuity of the southern flank of the East Zone and we have already collared drill holes to test the continuation of this gold zone on the north side, and along strike to the west and east. We anticipate releasing further results upon receiving and validating the data.”

This work is part of the ongoing program of approximately 10,000 metres of diamond drilling planned for Mustajärvi through spring of 2026. The program will be a mix of infill and step out drilling at existing mineralized zones, and it will test some new targets both proximal and distal to the three known lodes. The team has completed the first round of drilling, comprised of 15 drill holes, totalling 3985.3 metres.

Leveraging the success of initial tests, FireFox has initiated an expanded FLEM survey to pinpoint additional conductive zones around the East Zone and across other targets. The company benefits from strong in-house expertise, enabling it to effectively identify, interpret, and act upon geophysical targets, as Company geologists work closely with highly talented support from Magnus Minerals and geophysical sub-contractor Geovisor. Markku Montonen, Head Geophysicist for Magnus Minerals, leads the design and execution of the ongoing geophysical surveys.

Analysis: These initial drill results and the validation of the FLEM targeting method represent a significant positive step for FireFox Gold. The high-grade intercepts, particularly the bonanza grade hit in 25MJ003, demonstrate the potential for significant economic mineralization at Mustajärvi. The expansion of FLEM surveys suggests a data-driven approach to exploration, aimed at efficiently identifying and targeting promising zones. However, investors should be aware that the project is still in the early stages, and the true width of the mineralized zones remains unknown. Further drilling and resource estimation will be necessary to fully assess the economic viability of the project.
