Marlborough, Mass. – ConnectM Technology Solutions, Inc. (OTC: CNTM), a company focused on powering the modern energy economy, announced on November 5, 2025, its acquisition of Geo Impex & Logistics Private Limited, an India-based developer of sustainable logistics infrastructure.
The transaction positions ConnectM, through its subsidiary Keen Labs, to control approximately 76 acres of land near Chhatrapur, Odisha, India – a strategic location a mere 700 meters from the Chhatrapur Railway Station and roughly 5 kilometers from the Gopalpur Port. This proximity provides significant logistical advantages, further enhanced by its location near India Rare Earths Limited’s OSCOM unit and other industrial installations within the Tata Steel Special Economic Zone (SEZ).
The acquired site benefits from industrial development approval through a state-level single-window clearance. Its location also supports the feasibility of integrating a dedicated rail-siding infrastructure, capitalizing on its immediate access to the railway station. Furthermore, the site has received preliminary government and environmental approvals for the development of a multimodal logistics park and a next-generation, AI-enabled Energy Intelligence Data Center (EIDC).

This acquisition underscores ConnectM’s expansion into India’s rapidly growing infrastructure sector. The project creates a new operating division within Keen Labs, focusing on connected energy and industrial IoT platforms.
The site is poised to become a keystone asset, serving as a multimodal hub for dry cargo, refrigerated freight, and industrial logistics. It will also host ConnectM’s pioneering AI-enabled Energy Intelligence Data Center (EIDC). The EIDC integrates distributed-energy assets, including Amperics hybrid-battery technology, with Keen Labs’ software to deliver a low-carbon platform where logistics, power, and data converge. This integrated approach could represent a new model for energy-efficient and sustainable industrial development, though the success will depend on seamlessly integrating these different technologies and executing the project effectively.
