Tetra Tech Appoints Veteran Environmental Services Leader to Board of Directors
PASADENA, Calif. – Tetra Tech, Inc. (Jeff) Feeler to its Board of Directors, effective December 29, 2025. Mr. Feeler, formerly Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and President of US Ecology, brings a wealth of experience in operational leadership, financial strategy, and corporate governance to Tetra Tech’s board. He will also serve on the company’s Audit Committee and Compensation Committee.
With over three decades of executive leadership, Mr. Feeler has a proven track record of driving growth and operational excellence. His tenure at US Ecology saw the company’s transformation into a preeminent North American environmental services provider. Under his guidance, revenue experienced a nearly fivefold increase, accompanied by enhanced operating margins and a significant expansion of service offerings. His leadership fostered a strong corporate culture, marked by the attraction of top industry talent and industry-leading employee retention rates. Prior to his CEO role, Mr. Feeler served as CFO of US Ecology, providing him with extensive financial expertise across capital markets, risk management, compliance-driven operations, and robust shareholder engagement strategies.
