Board Appointment

Guardian Metal Resources (GMTLF) appointed Michael Xavier Schlumpberger as an Independent Non-executive Director, effective November 11, 2025, replacing retiring director Mick Billing. Schlumpberger will serve on the Audit and Remuneration Committees. This appointment supports Guardian Metal’s strategy to revive U.S. tungsten production, a critical metal for defense, energy, technology and industrial sectors. OraSure Technologies appointed Steven K. Boyd to its Board as a Class II director and named Jack Kenny as Board Chair, succeeding Mara Aspinall. The board now has seven directors, six independent, with three new independent directors added in the past three years. These changes aim to drive profitable growth, innovation, and shareholder value, building on a strengthened balance sheet and improved profitability by focusing on diagnostics and sample management. Therma Bright (TBRIF) appointed Michael Raimondo, a 30-year healthcare sales veteran, to its Board of Directors on October 10, 2025. Raimondo, previously on the advisory board, brings experience from Abbott and over $500 million in sales contracts. He will focus on scaling Venowave sales through an internal sales team and reseller channels. Concurrently, Alex Saringer resigned from the Board. Raimondo also holds positions at Delphine Diagnostics and The Potentia Group.
