Burrows brings a wealth of experience to the board, with a financial services career spanning over four decades. In 2008, he founded Banks Street Partners, an investment banking firm based in Atlanta that quickly established itself as a significant player in the Southeast’s financial landscape. In 2019, Banks Street Partners was acquired by Performance Trust Capital Partners, Inc., a Chicago-based firm, where Burrows served as Vice Chairman of Investment Banking until his retirement in October 2025.
Prior to establishing Banks Street Partners, Burrows was instrumental in the founding of several financial institutions, including co-owning Trident Financial Corporation/Trident Securities, co-founding ComSouth Bankshares, and launching UB Bancorp. His extensive background also includes service on various corporate and volunteer boards, providing him with a deep understanding of governance and strategic development.
