Nevada King Gold Corp. 2025 Review and 2026 Exploration Outlook

Nevada King Gold Corp. reported significant 2025 progress at its Atlanta Gold Mine Project, including a 122% resource increase to over one million ounces of oxide gold and successful metallurgical testing. Exploration identified new oxide gold targets, notably Silver Park East. The company also strengthened its leadership team. For 2026, Nevada King will focus on infill drilling at Silver Park East, advancing Atlanta South and North, and further exploring the Western Rim target, all fully funded.

Vancouver, BC – December 29, 2025 – Nevada King Gold Corp. (TSXV: NKG) (OTCQB: NKGFF) today provided a comprehensive overview of its significant achievements in 2025 and outlined its strategic exploration roadmap for 2026 at its wholly-owned Atlanta Gold Mine Project in eastern Nevada. Spanning 130 square kilometers, the Atlanta project has been the focus of substantial technical, exploration, and corporate advancements throughout the year, positioning Nevada King for continued discovery and growth.

**2025: A Year of Substantial Progress**

The past year has been marked by critical milestones that have significantly de-risked the Atlanta project and bolstered its economic potential.

* **Resource Expansion and Metallurgical Advancements:** In June 2025, Nevada King unveiled an updated NI 43-101 mineral resource estimate for Atlanta. This estimate saw a remarkable 122% increase in measured and indicated resources, now exceeding one million ounces of oxide gold contained within 27.7 million tonnes grading 1.14 g/t Au. This positions Atlanta as one of North America’s highest-grade open-pit oxide gold projects. Furthermore, Phase 2 metallurgical testing confirmed robust oxide recoveries achievable through conventional processing. The results now support a more streamlined flowsheet, incorporating run-of-mine heap leaching for non-silicified volcanics and two-stage crushing for mill feed, enhancing operational efficiency.

* **Exploration Successes:** Nevada King’s 30,000-meter Phase 3 drilling program was instrumental in testing regional targets across the district-scale land package, much of which lies beneath a thin veneer of post-mineral cover. The program successfully identified multiple new oxide gold targets, establishing a robust pipeline of exploration opportunities at various stages of development. Silver Park East emerged as a standout new discovery, rapidly progressing from reconnaissance to infill drilling. Drilling here confirmed a significant zone of near-surface oxide gold and silver mineralization spanning an approximate 450m x 300m footprint, hosted along the same unconformity and within the same geological framework as the Atlanta Resource Zone (ARZ). Additionally, Phase 3 drilling advanced targets at Atlanta South and Atlanta North, and led to the identification of the Western Rim target. This early-stage opportunity is characterized by extensive, multi-directional quartz veining, with rock chip samples assaying up to 20.8 g/t Au.

* **Strengthening the Leadership Team:** To guide the company through its next growth phase, Nevada King bolstered its leadership team with seasoned professionals. John Sclodnick was appointed Chief Executive Officer, bringing extensive capital markets experience and a strong network of institutional investors. Jeff Stieber joined as Chief Financial Officer, adding significant financial oversight experience from precious metals companies. Justin Daley was appointed Vice President, Exploration, bringing deep technical expertise and advanced data-driven exploration capabilities. Collin Kettell was appointed Chairman of the Board, further strengthening governance and strategic leadership.

**2026 Outlook: A Focused Exploration Strategy**

Building on the momentum of 2025, Nevada King is fully funded for its 2026 exploration program, with a clear strategy to advance its most prospective regional targets. The company’s Phase 4 exploration program, announced on December 11, 2025, includes an initial 20,000 meters of drilling focused on:

* Advancing Silver Park East through infill drilling, with the objective of evaluating its potential as a satellite oxide resource.
* Continuing follow-up drilling at Atlanta South and Atlanta North along the West Atlanta Fault, the primary mineralizing structure at Atlanta.
* Further advancing the Western Rim target through additional geophysical surveys and initial drill testing.

“2025 was a transformational year for Nevada King,” stated John Sclodnick, CEO of Nevada King. “We significantly grew and improved the confidence of our resource base, demonstrated strong metallurgy, built a pipeline of new regional discoveries, and strengthened our leadership team. The Phase 3 exploration program exceeded expectations, and Silver Park East now represents a compelling opportunity to continue expanding the resource base at Atlanta. As we move into 2026, we are fully funded for our Phase 4 drill program and remain focused on growing ounces while minimizing costs.”

**Technical Specifications and Quality Assurance**

All Reverse Circulation (RC) samples from Atlanta undergo rigorous QA/QC protocols. Samples are split at the drill site, with a nominal 2kg weight, and include certified standards, blanks, and duplicates inserted on a one-in-twenty sample basis. Samples are transported by a local contractor to American Assay Lab in Reno, Nevada. There, they are crushed to 75% passing 2mm and pulverized to 85% passing 75 microns. Assays are conducted using multi-element ICP-OES analysis following a four-acid plus boric acid digestion. Gold assays are initially performed via 30-gram lead fire assay with an OES finish, with gravimetric finishes for samples exceeding 10 ppm. All samples are also subjected to a cyanide leach for gold with an ICP-OES finish.
