The deal, awarded to its subsidiary Tutor Perini Building Corp. by the Tule River Gaming Authority, will fuel the expansion of the Eagle Mountain Casino in Porterville, California.

This ambitious project is set to transform the casino with a striking 193-room hotel tower, complete with a premium rooftop restaurant. The expansion also includes a new central warehouse and office facilities, a revamped existing restaurant, and a 2,000-seat event center boasting ample convention space, breakout rooms, and sophisticated pre-function areas. Guests can also look forward to enhanced hotel amenities, including a new spa, an arcade, and a resort-style swimming pool.
Construction is slated to kick off in the summer of 2025, with substantial completion anticipated by 2027. The financial impact of this contract will be gradually woven into Tutor Perini’s backlog, starting with preconstruction phase awards already booked and continuing as further construction segments are approved by the client later this year.
