Comcast Appoints Romy Seals VP of Finance for Florida

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – July 17, 2025 – Comcast (CMCSA) has tapped Romy Seals as the new Vice President of Finance for its Florida Region, the company announced today. Seals will be responsible for spearheading the financial strategy and operations within the Sunshine State, a crucial battleground for Comcast as it looks to bolster growth and elevate the customer experience.

Beyond core financial reporting, Seals will also oversee a team focused on strengthening customer experience, optimizing business operations, and driving project management efforts across Comcast’s Florida footprint. The region is a key strategic asset, facing intense competition and requiring nimble financial management.

Seals’s ascent within Comcast began in 2012 as Director of Business Operations for the Central Division. She rapidly climbed the corporate ladder, ultimately holding the position of Vice President of Business Operations for Comcast Business. There, she played a vital role in supporting the brand’s impressive growth and disruption of the business services market. She also previously spearheaded the Central Division’s Comcast Business Center of Excellence, overseeing critical functions such as subscriber reporting, systems support, and sales reporting across four distinct regions.

Since joining Comcast’s Florida Region as Senior Director of Project Management in late 2023, Seals has been at the forefront of key strategic initiatives. These include large-scale Xfinity Communities projects, crafting effective market expansion plans, leading network enhancements, and overseeing critical hurricane recovery efforts.

Seals holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and an MBA from Georgia State University. She resides in Loxahatchee with her husband, Steve, and their two canine companions, Harper and Henry.
