Canon Image Culture Life Festival 2025 Kicks Off in Chengdu

Chengdu, China – Canon Inc. (NYSE: CAJ) has officially launched its “Imaging China 2025” Canon Image Culture and Lifestyle Festival in Chengdu, Sichuan, kicking off on July 19, 2025. Canon, in collaboration with key partners including Fengguang Pixel, 500px, Mipai, and 8KRAW, is aiming to create an immersive experience blending cutting-edge imaging technology with artistic exploration and cultural resonance. Over 400 landscape photography enthusiasts, video creators, and travel bloggers have convened in Chengdu to embark on a three-month journey, leveraging professional imaging to capture and promote the stunning landscapes of China.

The launch ceremony featured prominent figures, including Tian Jieyan, Vice Chairman of the Sichuan Provincial Federation of Literary and Art Circles and Vice Chairman of the Sichuan Provincial Photographers Association, alongside Hideji Hirano, Vice President of Canon (China) Co., Ltd., and Li Juan, General Manager of Canon (China) Co., Ltd.’s Chengdu and Chongqing branches. Throughout the “Imaging China 2025” Canon Image Culture and Lifestyle Festival, Canon will host a series of offline photography workshops, thematic field trips, and photography exhibitions. The Canon Landscape Photography Rally 2025 accepts submissions from July 20th to October 12th, offering nearly three months for creatives to participate. Winners will be announced on October 31st, with prizes including Canon RF lenses.
