92-Year-Old Influencer Cat Grandma, Known for Ice Cream and Manicures, Dies

Reports surfaced July 22nd that Guo Ying, affectionately known as “Cat Grandma” to her online followers, has passed away at the age of 92. The news was shared by her granddaughter, Meiyao, on short-video platforms.

In a heartfelt message, Meiyao wrote, “My dearest Grandma has peacefully left us to become the brightest star in the sky. She passed away peacefully at the remarkable age of 92.”

Since 2018, Meiyao had been documenting her grandmother’s life on platforms like Douyin.
