American Heritage International Announces Agreement to Acquire Freightmaster Semi-Trailers

BROWNSVILLE, TEXAS – American Heritage International, Inc. (OTC:AHII) announced on Sunday it has inked a Heads of Agreement to acquire Freightmaster Semi-Trailers, a seasoned Australian Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specializing in heavy transport equipment since the early 1990s. This move, disclosed after market close, underscores AHII’s commitment to its Roadships initiative, specifically targeting the development of crucial rolling stock.

Freightmaster brings to the table decades of expertise in manufacturing a wide array of heavy transport solutions, including road train dollies, chassis tippers, drop deck, flat top, tautliner, and skel trailers, as well as aluminum tippers.
