Miniso Offers Up to 10,000 RMB for First Child, 20,000 RMB for Second, with No Limit
Following China’s childcare subsidy program, Miniso launched its “Marriage and Childbirth Incentive Program” in March 2024, committing ¥10 million. Employees with over a year’s tenure receive ¥10,000 for marriage. Childbirth incentives are tiered: ¥10,000 for the first child, ¥20,000 for the second, and ¥30,000 onwards, with no limit. Male employees must complete parenting courses. By July 2025, ¥2.66 million has been disbursed to over 200 families, covering 111 marriage gifts and 114 childbirth incentives.
