Pre-Delivery Installation

Samsara introduces a Pre-Delivery Installation program via partnerships with Daimler Truck and Fontaine Modification to streamline fleet operations. The program pre-installs Samsara’s telematics and camera systems on new trucks, reducing downtime and enabling immediate integration into fleet management systems. Benefits include turnkey vehicle delivery, automated subscription activation, and reduced administrative burden. Daimler Truck installs Samsara hardware in Freightliner and Western Star trucks, while Fontaine Modification handles installations at its upfitting centers. The goal is to make pre-delivery telematics a standard offering.
