Abitibi Metals Corp. announced a high-grade copper-gold intercept at its B26 deposit in Quebec. Drill hole 1274-17-269W6 returned 12.83% copper equivalent over 5 meters, including 6.15% copper and 7.93 g/t gold. This extends the Western Down-Plunge High-Grade Zone, which is open for further exploration. Phase 3 drilling confirmed the zone’s scale and continuity, paving the way for Phase 4.

Formation Metals is expanding its maiden drill program at the N2 Gold Project in Quebec to 7,500 meters. The program, starting in July, targets previously identified gold zones and aims to discover new mineralized trends across the advanced project, which holds a historical resource of approximately 870,000 ounces. The company also notes significant base metal potential at the N2 property.

Lightspeed Commerce Inc. has reached an agreement in principle to resolve a proposed class action in Quebec, following the dismissal of a parallel U.S. securities class action. The settlement, subject to court approval, will resolve all claims without Lightspeed admitting liability. Founder & CEO Dax Dasilva stated the settlement allows Lightspeed to focus on strategic growth, for approximately $8.09 million.
