SSR Mining Announces Board of Directors Changes
On October 27, 2025, SSR Mining Inc. (SSRM) announced the resignation of Simon Fish from its Board of Directors to join TD Bank Group as Senior Executive Vice President and General Counsel. Fish, a board member since 2018, chaired the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee. Executive Chairman Rod Antal acknowledged Fish’s significant contributions.
