On Tuesday, an unusual traffic incident occurred in Zhangjiakou’s Chongli district when horses blocked the Honghualiang Tunnel. Viral video showed several adult horses seemingly protecting a fallen foal and halting traffic. Police arrived and successfully guided the horses to clear the tunnel.
