Dubbed the “OPPO Binhai Bay Advanced Talent Housing Project,” this initiative marks OPPO’s first large-scale residential venture. It addresses the need for talent accommodation and comprehensive lifestyle support within the Dongguan Binhai Bay New Area. The project encompasses a total construction area of approximately 600,000 square meters, featuring 22 high-rise residential towers, a two-story basement, and supporting amenities. In total, the project provides over 4,100 housing units, capable of accommodating roughly 11,000 residents.
