Madison Huang is reportedly focused on 3D simulation and digital twin software (Omniverse), while Spencer Huang is immersed in AI robotics perception and simulation.

Notably, neither sibling is directly involved in NVIDIA’s core chip and data center businesses. Instead, they are strategically positioning themselves within the company’s growth areas of the future.
Interestingly, the Huang siblings’ backgrounds diverge from the typical Silicon Valley narrative. Madison Huang attended Le Cordon Bleu in Paris to study pastry and wine before working at French luxury conglomerate LVMH.
Spencer Huang, on the other hand, previously owned and operated R&D Cocktail Lab, a cocktail bar in Taiwan. It wasn’t until 2019, after both completed a six-week AI online program at MIT and earned MBAs from top business schools, that they formally joined NVIDIA.
Madison Huang began her NVIDIA journey in 2020 as an intern in the marketing department and quickly ascended to a leadership position within the Omniverse division. Spencer Huang joined the robotics simulation business in 2022.

Colleagues describe Madison Huang as having a star quality at external events, with a fast-paced work style and high expectations. She reportedly even points out shortcomings of her colleagues in meetings, striving to shake off the “nepotism” label. Spencer Huang, in contrast, is described as unassuming and humble, rarely displaying an assertive demeanor.
Earlier this year, Jensen Huang acknowledged at an NVIDIA all-hands meeting that the company employed several children of employees. However, he didn’t perceive this as a problem, arguing that no one would recommend a child who would bring them shame. He jokingly added that some “NVIDIA heirs” even outperformed their parents.
Beyond the Huang family, children of NVIDIA co-founder Chris Malachowsky, board member Aarti Shah, and other executives also work or have interned at the company, creating a uniquely familial atmosphere within Silicon Valley.
