The appliance giant announced the appointment of Mary Ellen Adcock, currently executive vice president and chief merchant and marketing officer at The Kroger Co., to its board of directors, effective immediately. Adcock will bring her retail expertise to two key committees: corporate governance and nominating, and audit.
