The 10th-anniversary expression is a curated blend of three distinct mash bills, each aged for a decade, bottled at a robust 105 proof.
ST. LOUIS, Sept. 2, 2025 – Limestone Branch Distillery is raising a glass to a decade of its coveted Limited Edition series with the release of the 2025 Yellowstone Limited Edition. This year’s expression, a meticulously crafted blend of 10-year-old straight bourbon whiskeys, marks a milestone in the distillery’s pursuit of exceptional spirits worthy of the iconic Yellowstone Bourbon name, a journey that began in 2015.
Staying true to the pioneering legacy of Yellowstone Bourbon, Founder and Master Distiller Stephen Beam and his team at Limestone Branch Distillery have joined forces with the blending experts at Ross & Squibb Distillery, a veritable institution in American distilling. This collaboration produced the 10th-anniversary release. In a move that underscores the spirit of innovation, the collective team opted to select barrels from distilleries in both Indiana and Kentucky, creating a commemorative expression that marries heritage with modern craftsmanship.
The 2025 release encapsulates three unique 10-year-old mash bills, bottled at 105 proof (52.5% ABV), a nod to the year the Yellowstone Limited Edition series was born. With a planned allocation of 10,000 cases, the bottles will be available at retail locations and at Limestone Branch Distillery starting in September, just in time for Bourbon Heritage Month, at a suggested retail price of $99.99 per 750mL bottle.
“Since 2015, each annual special release has been an exercise in experimentation,” remarks Beam. “This year’s 10-year anniversary Limited Edition showcases the natural evolution of my blending techniques by using three carefully selected mash bills to create a truly exceptional product. Partnering with the Ross & Squibb crew, we fearlessly pushed the envelope, creating our first blend with barrels spanning both Indiana and Kentucky, while staying true to the legacy that has kept Yellowstone Bourbon on shelves for over 150 years.”
Consumers can expect an aromatic profile of vanilla, oak, and delicate citrus notes from the 2025 Yellowstone Limited Edition. The palate offers a layered experience, revealing rich caramel, vanilla, toffee, and hints of stone fruits. The finish is long and memorable, featuring charred oak, coupled with accents of honey, cherry, and cinnamon. The bottle itself reflects the brand’s commitment to quality, boasting a custom-designed, embossed Yellowstone Limited Edition bottle, topped with a premium natural cork and a distinctive black and gold label. Beam’s signature is emblazoned on the bottle along with the striking 10-year age statement and anniversary details.
The acclaimed 2024 Yellowstone Limited Edition release garnered gold medals at both the 2025 ASCOT Awards and the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
