Silver One Resources (SLVRF) increased its private placement to $6,016,600 due to oversubscription, offering 21,487,857 units at $0.28 each, comprising one common share and a half-warrant. Warrants allow purchase of a share at $0.40 within three years. Proceeds will fund exploration/drilling and working capital. The offering is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval and a four-month resale restriction. Silver One focuses on silver project development, including the Candelaria Mine in Nevada.

Barksdale Resources plans an ambitious fall drill program at its Sunnyside project, aiming for a 67.5% ownership stake following promising spring drill results. The company’s focus is on copper mineralization, with potential to explore near-surface and deeper porphyry targets. Inspiration Energy Corp. is commencing an advanced remote sensing survey at its Rottenstone North Gold Project in Saskatchewan. Using Atomic Mineral Resonance Tomography (AMRT) technology, the company aims to identify prime drilling targets on the 4,512-hectare property, located adjacent to Ramp Metals Inc. Initial findings are expected soon. The project aims to leverage AMRT for detailed subsurface insights, ahead of an inaugural drilling program.

Bayhorse Silver Inc. (BHS) is focusing on its historic Bayhorse Silver Mine, revealing significant silver mineralization extensions. Drilling has confirmed the epithermal nature of deposits, extending the silver vein by 150 meters. A new high-grade “Drift Zone” has shown promising initial results, including assays of up to 192.35 ounces per ton of silver. Further drilling is planned to assess the extent of the new zone.

Eskay Mining Corp. is launching an aggressive June exploration campaign in British Columbia’s Golden Triangle, focusing on the high-grade gold veins at its Consolidated Eskay project. They aim to expand the Vermillion zone, where significant assays were discovered in 2024. CEO Mac Balkam highlights the project’s potential, citing its proximity to Newmont’s Brucejack Mine and aiming to refine a drilling strategy.
