Simultaneously, a national AI healthcare policy was adopted, along with frameworks establishing digital records as the authoritative source for core government data and mandating secure, single-source data collection and cross-entity sharing.

A training event in Dubai in June convened over 300 participants from 50 federal institutions with the objective of identifying suitable services and procedures for agentic AI within 90 days. The forthcoming task classification frameworks will be a pivotal document.
